SRINAGAR: Mr. Ghulam Rasool Ganaie, Father-in-law of Rasheed Rahi, Editor-in-Chief of local news agency the CNS, passed away on 4th of January after a brief illness. He was 70. 

Rasm-e-Chaharum of the deceased will be observed on Monday 7th of January at 11 AM at his ancestral grave yard Pinglish, Tral. 

Meanwhile several political, social and religious leaders along with journalistic fraternity have conveyed their condolences to the CNS editor.
