SRINAGAR: Hurriyat (M) leaders left for Pakistan on Wednesday, a day ahead of schedule due to possible disruption of air traffic to Srinagar by rain and snow forecast for the region in coming days.
Six members of the executive council led by Mirwaiz Umer Farooq flew to Delhi soon after the Hurriyat (M)s final round of public consultations today, reports said.
The Mirwaiz, accompanied by Mualana Abbas Ansari, Prof Abdul Ghani, Agha Syed Hassan, Bilal Ghani Lone, Muhammad Musaddiq Aadil, and Mukhtar Ahmad Waza will fly to Pakistan on December 15.
