Jammu – Rebutting the charges of land grabbing at Chak Lalu Shah, Jammu leveled against him by one Tilak Raj & Hem Raj sons of Karam Chand , Minister for PHE, Irrigation & Flood Control, Mr. Taj Mohi ud Din termed them as malicious, concocted and deliberate.
In a statement today, Mr. Taj said that the issue of the said piece of land in the name of his daughters is pending adjudication with the Jammu Bench of the High Court and any opinion or statement at this juncture amounts to contempt of the Hon’ble court.
Mr. Taj wondered how events one after the another are unfolding, which smacks of intrigue and conspiracy against him. He said when some people having vested interests failed on one count, have now propped-up some unknown faces to defame him. Otherwise, where were these persons till date, reiterating when the case of land is pending for last one year in the Honble High Court.
He appealed media and civil society not to fall prey to this malicious campaign and become un-knowingly contemptuous of the Honble court but rather wait for the court decision and respect it as is the norm with the civilized societies.
