Two Jaish OGWs arrested in south

SRINAGAR – Two over ground workers (OGWs) of Jaish-e- Mohammad (JeM) were arrested along with arms and ammunition in south Kashmir district of Pulwama. 

A police spokesperson said here today 44 Rashitrya Rifles (RR), on a tip-off, established a naka at Awantipora. 

During the checking, two OGW’s — Altaf Hussain Mir and Shamim Ahmad Wani — were arrested. A Chinese pistol, two magazines, four rounds, three UBGL grenades, three rocket shells and 113 rounds of AK ammunition were recovered from then, he added.
