SRINAGAR – Property worth lakhs of rupees was damaged in two different fire incidents in the Kashmir valley early this morning, official sources said here today.
They said fire broke out in a house at Arigatnoo in south Kashmir district of Kulgam. However, before the fire tenders could reach there, fire spread to two more houses. All the three houses and other household goods were damaged in the fire, they said adding that the cause of fire was not known.
A house and other goods were reduced to ashes in a fire incident at Badugam in border area of Tulail in north Kashmir. No one was injured, they said adding that the cause of fire was being investigated.
