SRINAGAR – Body of Sayar Ahmad Sofi son of Ali Muhammad of Hamdania Colony, Bemina, here was fished out from a nallah in the Padshahi Bagh area of the city, official sources said here today.
Sofi had gone missing from his house on October 30. Despite massive searches, he could not be traced out, they said, adding the cause of his death was not known. It was handed over to the family after postmortem. Police registered a case and took up investigation.
