SRINAGAR – Two persons died in different road accidents across the Kashmir Valley.
Police said a matadoor bearing registration number JK09/1155 hit a lady , Hajra Begum wife of Abdul Rashid Dar resident of Gotoongo at Gatoongo, Handwara, in the jurisdiction of police station Handwara. The injured lady was shifted to SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar for treatment, where she succumbed to her injuries. A case has been registered in this regard.
An unidentified Truck hit and injured a conductor of another Truck bearing registration number HR38N/1557 Pavitra Singh son of Girdari Lal Singh resident of Kolal, Mohara, Reasi at Nagam Bazar, in the jurisdiction of police station Kralgund. The injured was shifted to SKIMS, Soura, Srinagar for treatment, but he succumbed of his injuries on way to hospital. A case has been registered in this regard.
An unidentified vehicle hit a Santro Car bearing registration number JK03/8409 at Narbal National Highway, Srinagar, in the jurisdiction of police station Parimpora, resulting in injuries to the Santro driver Ashiq Hussain Chichi age 25 years son of Noordin resident of Gundkamal, Kralgund, Handwara. The injured was shifted to hospital for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
