JAMMU – The Civil Secretariat and other move offices of the Jammu and Kashmir government will start functioning from the states winter capital here from Monday.
Authorities have made elaborate security arrangements to ensure smooth opening of the durbar, official sources said.
The offices of civil secretariat, Raj Bhawan, state legislature, which had closed in the summer capital, Srinagar, late last month, will remain stationed in Jammu for six months.
