Curfew imposed in Padum Zanskar in Ladakh

Srinagar – Authorities imposed curfew in Padum Zanskar in Ladakh region in Jammu and Kashmir following tension between two communities. However, officials said that restrictions were imposed to prevent any law and order problem and maintain peace. Official sources said that there was some tension between two communities in Padum Zanksar for the past few days. Members of the one community migrated to Zasnkar town. However, there was fresh tension between two communities today forcing authorities to impose curfew . The situation is tense but under control.
