Says new complex be completed within 2 years
Srinagar – Minister for Technical Education, R.S. Chib today inaugurated Government Polytechnic College at Larkipora Anantnag.
While addressing the people after inauguration, Mr. Chib said that an area of 96.6 kanals has been identified by the district administration for the construction of College and the work on the project would be started soon. He said Rs. 16.50 crore would be spent for the construction of the College for which tenders have been issued already.
Chib said presently the College would function in the premises of Government Middle School at Larkipora, which possess adequate infrastructure for functioning of the college. He assured the people that newly constructed administrative, class room, laboratory and library blocks would be completed within two years. He said in Ist phase 3 technical courses have been introduced in the College.
