Srinagar – A mentally challenged person who reveals his name as Rahim Bakerwal son of Sahil Bakerwal resident of Vijay Pora, Jammu who was admitted in Government Psychiatric Diseases hospital, Srinagar under registration number A-06344 on 10-7-2012  under the directions of Hon’ble Court of CJM Srinagar.
