Tarigami for dialogue with employees

Srinagar -The State Secretary CPI (M), Mr. M. Y. Tarigami while pleading the case of government employees today called for initiating dialogue with employees instead of using force and repression.

Raising the issue during Zero Hour in Legislative Assembly today, Mr. Tarigami condemned alleged use of tear gas and lathicharge on teachers yesterday adding that they were peacefully highlighting their demands. “Lathicharge on teaches, who are respectable of the society, does not behave good and the government should initiate dialogue with the employees including teachers to redress their grievances”, Mr. Tarigami added.

He also demanded release of two and a half days pay incentive already sanctioned in favour of PDD employees.
