J&K Govt Seeks Blocking of Websites Carrying Anti-Islam Video

Srinagar: Jammu and Kashmir government on Thursday sent a reminder to the Cyber Law Division of the Union Information Technology Ministry to block over a dozen website links carrying the anti-Islam video.

“Some of the URLs have already been blocked but few are still accessible on the Internet,” official sources said.

The Home Department has sent a reminder to the Cyber Law Division for blocking the URLs carrying the video that has led to widespread protests across the world, including the KashmirValley, the sources said.
